Private Parties and Rentals Under 50 People - APPLICATION

*Events over 50 people cannot be booked due to parking constraints and conservation concerns at both locations. These locations are intended for use for small private events such as baby showers, birthday parties, and family gatherings - not larger events.*

Applications for rental dates will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
All completed rental applications must be emailed to rrinehart@randolph-ma.gov.

Imagination Station Playground – Public Use Information

We’re glad you’re interested in celebrating at Imagination Station! Please note that this playground and surrounding picnic area are not available for private rentals and are intended for public use only. This means we cannot guarantee access to picnic tables or exclusive use of any part of the park—it is strictly first come, first served.

You are welcome to enjoy the space for a small, informal gathering, keeping in mind that it is a shared public area. We kindly ask that you clean up after your group, and if your trash does not fit in the barrels provided, please take it with you.

Please note:

• No cooking or open flames (including grills) are allowed

• Bounce houses and inflatables are not permitted, as the electrical outlets are not equipped to support them
