WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE *Back again*

This is a women's special defense class. Krav Maga (contact combat) is a self defense suited for real life situations.
In this class you will learn basic fundamental skills of self defense and you will learn to use your entire body to effectively defend yourself against an attack/attacker.

WHOLE BODY STRETCHING

Provided by Baystate Physical Therapy

Thursday December 5th 12:00-1:00pm

This class will include upper extremity, lower extremity and core stretches for all age groups. 

The session will last from about 45 minutes to an hour and will include interactive group sessions with at least 1 physical therapist demonstrating and supervising the class. 

*Chairs will be provided for those that need them.

We are doing it in a group session and the practitioner will walk everyone through all the steps.
Tong Ren utilizes a universal energy source to remove blockages and restore the body’s natural ability to heal, even when illnesses are chronic, debilitating, or otherwise untreatable. The practitioner directs chi to blockage points corresponding to the patient’s condition, which breaks down resistance in those areas. As blood flow, neural transmission, and hormone reception are restored, the body is then able to heal
